This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the quote form or the chat on this website, which is run for Fred's One Man Handyman LLC in Lithonia, GA.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service address and ZIP code, the service you need, your description of the job, and how you prefer to be contacted.
To block spam and repeated submissions, the website also keeps a scrambled (one-way coded) version of your internet address. It cannot be turned back into the address. The website does not use cookies, ads or tracking tools.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request: to contact you, discuss the job and give you a quote. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
Fred's website and quote form are provided by Saynon AI. Your request passes through these services so it can reach Fred:
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Modal, where the website's request service saves your request until it has been delivered.
- Google, whose email service delivers your request to Fred's inbox. The page fonts also load from Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
The website's request service deletes saved requests after 180 days. The email Fred receives stays in his inbox as part of his business records.
Your choices
You can ask Fred to tell you what he has, correct it or delete it. Call (470) 301-6888 or email fredsonemanhandymanllc@gmail.com.
You never have to use the form. You can always call or email Fred directly instead.
